CONSULTATION
We consult with the Global Worker by first understanding their personal situation, education and work experience. We fully review their resume/CV and Background Questionnaire. After understanding the Global Worker’s situation, we provide them with a clearly defined course of action (at no cost) for them to pursue their goals.
INTERVIEW
If the Global Worker is seeking employment in Canada and meets the employment requirements for the jobs we have available, we conduct a formal Pre-Screening Interview. If successful, the applicant is short-listed to have the final selection and hiring interview with the Canadian Employer.
PROCESSING
Options Immigration manages all the government paperwork and processing requirements to bring the Global Worker to Canada for employment. We provide on-going consultation to help you bring spouses/family members to Canada, to allow you to continue to work in Canada, and to ultimately remain long-term in Canada.
ARRIVAL & CONTINUED CONSULTATION
Options Immigration arranges all travel for the Global Worker to arrive at the employment location via our in-house Flight Coordinator. Once the Global Worker has arrived in Canada, we maintain regular consultation to help them achieve their long-term employment and immigration goals.
